The Creek Fire has devastated over 200,000+ acres and counting, demanding evacuation of Shaver Lake and all the areas around the Sierras leaving us in a state of shock and unknown. This fire has destroyed our neighbor’s homes, businesses, livelihoods and so much more. Unfortunately, we (Jeff & Matt Alligood) were among some of the many in this beautiful mountain community of Shaver Lake to lose our home and our business. We're organizing a Cleanup weekend for anyone in the area interested in coming to help us sort through the damage and destruction of this awful natural disaster.
Help us rebuild after The Creek Fire devastated over 200,000+ acres, including our beloved Canopy property. We'll be working on rebuilding the Tiny House, the Shower, the Shed and the Bathroom, all of which burned to the ground in the Creek Fire. We are excited to start the journey of rebuilding this space so we can get back on our feet by next year and reopen to guests by the spring.
The Canopy is available for a variety of different types of public events and workshops including day events or overnight events. If you have an event you'd like to hold at the Canopy, please contact us today.
Do you have an artistic talent such as photography, or have a skill you'd like to share such as yoga? We actively partner with those who'd like to come to the Canopy to share their special talent. Reach out to us today to learn about our trade opportunities!
